QUICK DIAGNOSIS

Try these checks first

Work through the steps in order. Tick each one as you complete it.

1. Check the powerConfirm that the router and EdelNet equipment have power and their normal indicator lights are on. 2. Check the cablesMake sure power and network cables are firmly connected and have not been damaged or unplugged. 3. Restart onceSwitch the router off, wait 30 seconds, switch it on again and allow a few minutes for the connection to return. 4. Test another deviceCheck whether the problem affects one phone or computer, or every device on the network. 5. Move closer to the routerIf nearby devices work but distant ones do not, the issue may be Wi-Fi signal rather than the EdelNet connection. 6. Run a speed testPause other internet use and record the result, time and test method before contacting support.
