MS Outlook Email Settings  
 

  1. Select "Tools/E-mail Accounts" and select "View or change existing E-mail accounts"
     
  2. Select your E-mail account and click on "Options"


      
     
  3. Select "More Settings"



    Select "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication"
    For your Edelnet email account, select "Use same settings as my incoming mail server"

    For your other external email accounts, which use our Outgoing mail server,     select "Log on using" and enter your Edelnet user name and password.

     
  4. Select the Advanced tab, and leave everything as default, ie no ticks anywhere



    NB, this is only for the Edelnet addresses.  For your other email addresses, leave this setting as is was.
     
  5. Select "OK"
